I had initially thought we were getting a room that had a stand alone tub in the bathroom (we did not get that), but the room we did get was still great! Staff were very accommodating and even took time to track a fan down for us (so used to having the noise at this point)! The area of the inn is wonderful as its close to an easily walkable park near restaurants and only a 15min walk away from entertainment and good shopping. My only negative is that I don't feel the glass wall for the shower extends far enough out to not have water end up on the floor. While a bath mat is provided, it still creates a hazard that would be dangerous for those that have difficulty walking. Not a cheap fix for sure, but definitely something to look into!

Good service, close to downtown, complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was nice. Staff was welcoming, kind and attentive. The building itself is a bit old so it definitely isn't a glamorous place to stay, but decent for a night or two. The neighbourhood/surrounding area is a bit sketchy, but again, tolerable if you're not staying long. Overall, we had a good stay.

Great little place to stay if you need a no frills, one night stay. I was there for a medical appointment and it is walking distance to the hospital. Premium room was large. Close proximity to some shopping and restaurants. The staff are wonderful and the lounge area was a perfect place to wait before heading back to the airport.

The hotel itself was nice! Modest but clean. My room had a small fridge which was nice. Staff was super nice. Only thing is that it's in a rougher area where if you go in the smaller street south of the hotel there is a higher traffic of homelessness and those that act unstable. However, if you stick to the main street beside the hotel it's fine. I didn't feel unsafe, but was aware that i needed to be vigilant.

Traveled here to visit Toronto for the first time. Many other reviews do not tell the whole story. Pictures seemed decent enough and reviews from multiple sites were above average. Area around the hotel is unsafe! Lots of drugged out and homeless people walking about. Did not feel safe even while in the room. If you leave the hotel, don’t walk. Call an Uber. This area of town is not safe for anyone to be walking around. Hotel itself is ok. Seemed clean. Needed some updating but nothing too major. Room floor had a major slant that you could feel when you walked across the floor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Made the stay very pleasant. Eoom was small but nice sheets bed and bathroom were clean but the walls were gross. Its like a previous guest had spilled soda on the wall and it was never cleaned. Over all it was a good stay but that dirty wall really made me question how clean everything else was.

This is a good hotel for one or two nights. The rooms are modern and clean, and I would reccomend it for a short stay. The bathrooms are quite new and nice, a big plus. For the price, the only complaint I have is that it's not quiet. First night I stayed there was noise coming from the corridors at 5 am (repetitive door closing, heavy steps), and I think it was actually coming from the staff. Second one, there was an annoying repetitive clicking noise coming from the walls. Also, like many hotels, the bed covers are pretty thick and one piece, so either you're hot or you're cold. Neither of these things are a huge deal, but they make the difference between a really good hotel and a reasonably good one. This hotel (like most) has big price swings, and I think it's only a good value when it's around the lowest end of the range. If you catch it there, it's a good option.

Stay here!

This is my go to Toronto place! Always easy and clean and perfect location for almost everything Toronto! The price is always great and the Inn is very quant and each room is different. I stayed in 240 this trip, I will say there is an emergency exit directly at your window that can be very busy. Not great for sleeping! I would ask for another room! Great shower too in most rooms! Stay here!!!

This was a very unique place! Had all we needed for a night stopover. Bright clean room, comfy bed, enjoyed the smart tv, and not the cable from the big box hotels. We would stay there again.
