Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This was an unmitigated disaster. Arrived with no one to meet me; called the host who didn't answer. Eventually he returned my call to say that the room had been damaged and I couldn't stay. No idea whether this was true or not. No contact from the host before I arrived to idicate there was a problem and I'd need to make other arrangements. He had no options for me. 6pm and nowhere to go. At least Mary and Joseph were offered a manger.
