I canceled this reservation they left me &my wife and 2 child stay at the street front the airport for 3 hours and when I go to the hotel the Manger is not there and he or she didn't need to talk to me And the room is very dirty And no water in the hotel in all the room to take a shower or anything else. The phone is not working in the room. I lived the hotel . And i canceled the reservation.

I will definitely be returning to stay at this hotel. Their biggest asset is the staff. My interactions with front desk, dining, maintenance and housekeeping were all very positive. Everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. I prefer a bath over a shower and did need to ask them to bring a plug for the tub which was provided promptly and with a smile. The air conditioning unit is loud but acted as white noise drowning out the usual hotel noises outside the room, so I got a sound, uninterrupted sleep all three nights. I feel it would be beneficial to place some information in the room explaining which apps on the TV actually work and how they can be accessed. I believe my TV was not properly set up on the correct hotel network. I never gave them a proper chance to fix it, though they did offer to send someone up. The breakfast variety was plentiful and tasty. I thought the do-it-yourself waffle station was a nice touch. The airport shuttle was quick to arrive. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience to stay here.

It was nice that there were walkable restaurants and it was quiet despite how close it was to the airport. However, we did find cleanliness to be an issue since we found a cockroach in the room and the room wasn’t tidied on any of the days we stayed.

They promised an airport transfer. We called and were told a driver would be there within 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, no one came to pick us up. We called more than 10 times, and no one showed up to resolve the issue. The driver said he stopped by and there was no one waiting where he told us to wait. Absolutely a lie!

We had to wait 25 minutes for the shuttle and it had a flat tire. I was never informed of a $100 deposit hold. The hallways seemed to be under renovation. The only good things I want to say is that the lady in the breakfast area was fantastic and the beds were clean and comfy.

The toilet didn't flush and was leaking leaving a large pool of water in the bathroom. The bathtub literally had paint peeling inside it. One of the staff wasn't too experienced and annoyed me at check in but the rest were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel could be updated and deep cleaned. The room we stayed in had stains on the bathroom walls, and the toilet handle had to be held 30 seconds before it would flush, but overall not a terrible stay. The gym was poor and needed hygiene wipes or cleaning spray for equipment. Breakfast was acceptable.
