Staff was friendly. Arrived super late because of flight delays, but it was perfect for overnight. Shuttle ran till midnight and I was able to get to and from airport just fine.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. It wasn’t too far from the airport which was great as our flight was early. The breakfast was good. Facilities a bit outdated but all in all convenient and what great for what we needed.

Staff were kind and helpful. The facilities are clearly outdated and old, the HVAC units in each unit are noisy, inefficient and do not really cool or heat the space very well. Elevator seemed rickety. It is close to the airport so you can hear airplanes flying by.

Hall directions to room were incorrect. No mention at front desk the room number was out of sequence and in a different section of the hotel. Another guest looking for their room knew I was looking and came back to tell me where mine was. It was a busy check in time, 7pm, and I was put on hold without asking why I was calling. Closest food options were a walk through car dealers lots. More 24 hour vending machine or lobby options would be helpful.
