Airport shuttle took me to the wrong quality inn. I called the front desk to ask where the shuttle was and they told me to go stand by poll 13 which I did. Staff did not tell me that there were multiple quality inn shuttles nor did the driver tell me. I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the correct hotel and when spoke to staff there they we very unkind and blamed me for getting on the wrong shuttle as if I was supposed to know that there was more then one quality inn shuttle. I had been awake for more then 20 hrs at that point and staff offered no help or apologies for not informing of the multiple shuttles

The room was extremely overpriced for the quality of the entire hotel. Reminded me of rooms i stayed into 20+ years ago and paid 70 dollars for. I get inflation but highway robbery for quality. Just because its near airport shouldnt make it ok to gouge people.

We had a pleasant stay at the Quality Inn near Toronto Airport. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful — really made us feel welcome. That said, the one downside was the lack of soundproofing. Being so close to the airport, the noise from planes taking off started around 6am and didn’t let up, making it hard to get a proper rest. Some better double glazing or soundproofing would make a big difference for light sleepers or those with early flights. A couple of other small areas to improve - the airport bus should be better sign posted (and closer to the airrport signage which is for hotel collections - not the opposite side of the Terminal!) and they should not stop serving breakfast at 09:30 am, especially on the weekend! Overall, it’s a convenient and comfortable place to stay for an airport stopover — just bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!
