My stay was overall fine, but I think the hotel really needs to pay more attention to cleanliness. The room and some areas could have been better maintained. A cleaner and fresher environment would make guests feel much more comfortable.

My stay at the Radisson was disappointing and did not reflect the brand’s usual standard. The carpets were ripped and stained, the interiors looked dated, and the bathroom faucets leaked, which reduced water pressure during showers. The front desk staff were polite but not neatly presented, which affected the first impression. Electrical and USB outlets were hard to access, and the hotel was noisy due to planes flying overhead. To make matters worse, breakfast was falsely advertised as included, but I was charged extra upon arrival. For the price and reputation, I expected a much cleaner, quieter, and more professional experience.

The furniture is extremely old, the pictures in Expedia are from over 7 years , mattress is so old i have back pain. Breakfast is so poor , no eggs no options There is a bad smell in the bathroom at all time, i think its plumbing problem. The manager after i told him how bad was my 9 days stay didn't offer any compensation, very poor management. Experience over all us horrible, disgusting, DONT GO THERE, ITS NOT WORTH THE DISTRESS, THIS HOTEL IS GARBAGE

This is an older hotel showing its age, but with lots of high end very comfortable finishes. I really liked the vibe and comfort level, unlike in more modern properties. Cleanliness was top notch. Bed was really comfortable and welcoming. I had to leave by ambulance, and on my return I was treated so kindly, with a complimentary breakfast and late check out.
