It's a college dorm that is repurposed as a hotel for the summer. The rooms are basic, but very clean, and you get separate bedrooms with a small common room and ensuite bathroom. It's an isolated location, so it's very quiet. Extremely affordable too.

Great cheap option in the area. Kitchenette is nice but has no dishware or cutlery. Dining and stores are quite far, but bus stop is nearby.

So this was an empty room in a college dorm. But not like a dirty little dorm room more like a tiny 2 br apt and it was nice and clean too. Not sure how it would be during the school year but it was great for this time of year! We had to agree not to associate with the students but we didnt even see any students!

Residence Hall turned hotel. The best part was the shower pressure. Felt like i took a shower under a waterfall...very pleasant. Two bedrooms in each room. Small kitchen and sitting area. Very satisfied with the stay.

First thing First, the staff is Amazing! Everything was clean and nice. So really its not the process of anything rather than my own lack of realization that this is a college dorm running as a hotel. So certain things would need to be brought in by myself. As in dishes, hair dryer, and things like that. They do provide towels

Perfect for a family! You have to2 separate bed rooms and a common kitchen area with a full size fridge and microwave. There isn’t a coffee machine… I brought my own. The price is well worth it and this is the perfect place to stay for a family looking to go to wonderland.
