Great place to stay. Very Central. Beware the elevators....we got to meet some Toronto fire fighters when they got us out of the elevator we were stuck in for 30 minutes. One of the guys we were in there with (there were 9 of us) said it was the 2nd time in 2 weeks; they were in-between management companies. The key retrieval system seemed to work ok. Unit could use a bit of touch up paint and magic eraser for the walls, but very serviceable. Would stay again, and that is the bottom line.

Don’t bother.

Whole apartment was dirty, and damaged. Multiple things broken, including the floor heaving, and big tripping hazards for my special needs child. Broken mirrors, missing curtain panels. No upkeep done on this property. Very disappointing. The apartment building itself was nice, but the elevator situation was also horrible. Only 1 elevator working and constant line ups.

This property is ideal for location. Very close to the Rogers centre,Union train station,Hockey Hall of fame,CN Tower and other attractions. The management were very prompt to respond to our texts. The property though needed some repairs. The pocket door for the bathroom had a fist sized hole almost through it. This had not been mentioned to us beforehand. It was very worrying as they do take a five hundred dollar damage deposit on your credit card. I contacted them right away and fortunately they knew about it but I expressed my displeasure if not being made aware of this beforehand. The toilet paper holder had been torn off the wall and loosely hung in another spot with the original location looking like a fifth grader had repaired it. There were other issues in the apartment like the dryer kept quitting with a code saying lint screen needed cleaning when it didn't. Patio door wouldn't lock but we were on the 56th floor so chances of anyone coming in off the balcony were slim to none. There were no tea towels or dish cloth so we used a towel from the bathroom to dry dishes because the few we had were worth running the dishwasher. Pillow cases were in bad need of replacement,we could literally see through them and the other bedding was quite shabby as well. I know this probably sounds like a very poor place but it actually wasnt terrible. It just needs the repairs made now not some day and a bit of money spent updating the interior and it would have been very nice.

My husband and I were looking for a nice little getaway for our 4th anniversary. This was an excellent location right in the middle of downtown with lots of activities and places to go to. Additionally, the view was to die for! We will be back for sure!

The day before our arrival, I received an email saying there had been a leak from the dishwasher which caused some floor damage. They had offered to move us to a different property about 3km away, but since we weren’t renting a car and planning to walk everywhere, this would not be ideal. We decided to stay at the current locations just deal with floor. Management had assured me no repairs would occur during our stay and even said some compensation would be offered, which seemed reasonable. We arrived at around 5:30pm to see our room as shown. Floors ripped up, dishwasher sitting out, and pieces of flooring stuffed in the closet. Someone came by around 5:40 and said they were fixing the dishwasher and needed another 30 minutes to finish. The next morning they offered another room in the building right beside us, but instead of offering an equivalent room, they offered one with 1 less bathroom. We were a group of 5, so one bathroom is not ideal either. Furthermore, they explained that this would be “an upgrade free of charge.” We declined saying if did switch rooms, we would at least like to get the same caliber of room that we paid for. At the end of the trip during check out, I followed up on the compensation that was offered initially and some of our disappointment with the room. I was told the room situation was communicated beforehand and alternative rooms were declined, but they would take off 10%. We were pretty disappointed to hear this response after it all.

It was a convenient walk to Roger’s centre. Though it didn’t look like the pictures, on the add on Expedia. when I booked it, it looked like a one bedroom hotel room. There wasn’t any parking and so I had find parking and ended up having to pay allot for that 24 hrs. I have stayed in nicer air bnbs for less..

Couple few days visit

Good location near Union Station. Great Supermarket directly across the road. Good location to walk to most things. Apt had everything that was needed. We cooked our dinner two nights we were there. Overall a comfortable place to stay.
