It is a nice place to stay but when we got on our floor there was a really strong smell of weed like it is being smoked we got in our room and it was nice but tub was dirty there will hair on the floor from a previous person there was 3 of us that that is what the booking for was there was only enough toiletries and towels for one person I called down to get more stuff and they told me I have to come down at this point I was ready to hop in the shower

I decided to booked a hotel for my 8 hours layover in Toronto at June 23-24. I arrived in hotel around 3am for late check in upon arrival no one is in front desk and waited for 30 min. Guy from outside came and assisted us without greeting or saying anything. Once the check in completed he gave us the key card and room number 402. We went to our room while opening the room it was double lock. We tried few time to open it maybe something got stuck between the room then someone from inside open the door like they just woke up. We apologize and went down to front desk. He went up to double and issued us a new room 411 without apologizing again. This is my first to experience this poor service. Kinda disappointed. We had a great stay overall! The room was spacious and easily fit our group of 3 adults and 2 kids — very comfortable and clean. The price was also very reasonable, which made it even better. One thing we really appreciated was how quiet the room was, despite being in the city. We all slept peacefully… except for one issue: the curtains. The room was quite bright all night due to light coming in from nearby streetlights and surrounding buildings. Better blackout curtains would really improve the sleeping experience. Still, it was a pleasant stay and we’d be happy to return!

I booked for 4 nights and chose a room with a kitchen; but, there was absolutely nothing on it:.no dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, glassware... completely empty cupboards. What's the point? Room was much smaller than shown on website, to the point where it was difficult to move around, especially if you wanted to use the sofa bed, which of course, had no bedding provided.
