Nice updated room. Beds super comfy.Suggestion- Would have been nice to have two chairs at the small desk. Staff very friendly. I was able to get an early check in before the afternoon blue jays game started which was very much appreciated. Loved the lounge and coffee area to hang out in. Huge pool- view of lake ON and outdoor sitting lounge- play area with basketball net was awesome.

Very good hotel with excellent location next to the lake and in the heart of the town center. It is within walking distance to many Toronto attractions and is surrounded by many dining options. Highly recommended.

Stayed here over Pride weekend in Toronto and enjoyed it very much! Quick and easy check-in and check-out, terrific location right on the waterfront. Traveling with kids, we especially liked the Family Fun Zone room, plus the 5th floor basketball and pickleball. Pool is also awesome - big, not freezing, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, lots of fresh towels, and nice that they provide kids’ vests and pool noodles. The hot tub was also lovely after a long day of walking! Kids liked the kids’ pool area with mini loungers, tents, and cushions. Starbucks in the lobby is a nice touch. Valet parking is the only option and is pricey at $55/night, but probably similar to other overnight parking downtown. We got 2 double beds.. but would likely spend the extra for 2 queens next time as the double is small for 2 adults. Only one robe provided and we would have preferred two. Otherwise - a terrific choice for a downtown Toronto stay!

The last time I stayed at the Westin was 40 years ago on my wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, the beds amazing, the staff excellent. The exterior of the hotel (outdoor vehicle drop-off and stairs to street level) seemed worn down, and could do with some brightening up.
