Excelente ubicación solo a unos 5 minutos caminando está la estación del metro y el tren. En el sótano de la estación de Unión/ Path encuentras una feria de comida internacional para todos los gustos. La habitación limpia, lencería, colchón y almohadas súper cómodas. La decoración del lobby minimalista y funcional te invita a leer o trabajar en-línea.

Great location, nice lobby, excellent reception staff. Very noisy, garbage truck wake up early every morning. Heating system in room was loud and ineffective. Heavy entry doors to suite and front entry challenging for luggage and accessibility. The major concern we had was a lack of a safe in each room.

Room was nice, modern and clean, but can be quite noisy because of lack of room carpeting; AC/heating unit is way too loud, made it difficult to watch TV; exterior city noises sounded extra loud, not sure if it was because of the single pane windows, I expected to hear some city noise, but it seemed extra loud

Very cute boutique style hotel. Great decor and ambiance. Very close to Union station. Rooms are really small and everything is compact, so just expect that. Window in my room was forehead height and directed at a wall so was disappointed there. Amenities were quite good quality and one major bonus was there was a water filling station just outside my room. That was awesome. Bathroom is tiny but shower stall was very modern and quite nice. We had a king bed and it was pretty much the size of the room. But we sat on it watched tv and didn’t care there was no there seating than a small desk seat. We didn’t spent too much time in the room once we realized it was a bit compact for 2 adults. Only really bad part is the bed is right by the room door, so every noise or person outside is audible and feels like they’re right beside you. Every noise from floor above is also accentuated by the fact that it’s always directly right above you due to the size of the rooms. There was also construction in and/or around the building and they didn’t stop at night. Also road noise is easily audible so if you’re light sleeper this is not for you. Was a nice stay overall but we’ll likely try a bigger hotel the next time around.

They let us check in an hour and a half early for free! Friendly staff. One block from train station. Two blocks to Scotiabank arena and Rogers arena. Will return!

Very clean room and very comfortable bed. It is sometimes said that the rooms are too small. While the room is small it is very comfortable for one or two. Not squished at all. I enjoyed my stay.
