This fab 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private heated pool is in a great location on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. Just a few minutes walk to the Hotel and other local amenities.



The accommodation is fully equipped with a garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, private heated swimming pool, drive way for parking, TV/Satellite.



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



The Resort

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).



Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.

Miss

Great outside area & Pool. Inside a bit tired & out dated , needs painted. sofa & bed clothes not clean , although I got in touch with property manager and she provided us with brand new bed sheets & a throw to use straight away. The washing machine & Dishwasher could also do with being cleaned. Towels not great , & there were no hand towels.
