To be fair, the place is clean and convenient, with onsite restaurant and gas station. It also has a decent view, but everything else come up short. Room deco is dated, tabletop broken, it is every bit a motel except no gym, no free breakfast. Wifi keeps breaking up. For $148/night, I am very disappointed.

This was a nice hotel room. It was super clean, with a lovely view and cute little touches. They offered complimentary free tea and coffee at the front desk area. Check in was quick and easy and the gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant as was the young lady who checked us out. It was very convenient to Capital Reef National Park.

This property is a treasure in the wilderness. It’s well maintained and the staff are very friendly and kind. I rated down slightly only because the mattress was much firmer than is comfortable for me.

Beautiful views from our balcony. Room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the mattress was very firm and felt like we were sleeping on a very hard surface.
