Our apartment was once the kitchen and sleeping area for an historic farmhouse. The massive fireplace and original sink mark out the warm sitting and dining area. The new kitchen is complete with Bausch appliances and is well lit. The new primary bathroom has a shower to fit the whole family - save water!! Enjoy all the modern conveniences while still relishing in the Tuscan tradition of ancient farmland and vineyards. This serene property surrounds you with vines, fields and tranquility, the aromas of land, and the sounds of sheep and birds. Relax by the pool or walk the 5 k to Montepulciano or 3 k to Montefollonico…or simply have a meal or a drink on our veranda viewing the countryside of activity.
We have all you need: a variety of coffee makers, full kitchen for all your meals, security, free parking, quiet, yet easy access to all the town markets and wineries. 10m to the supermarket. We’ll recommend all you wish.
You have access to many adventures; 45m to Siena and Chianti region, 15m to Pienza, 1 hour to Florence, 1/2hr to Umbria or Cortona, 2 hours to Rome, 1 hour to Assisi.
We have a secure entrance gate.

All rooms have original beamed ceilings. It has the feel of the rustic Tuscan country farmhouse, with all the modern amenities and comforts.

We are one of 5 independent apartments in a quiet villa. We are between two famous valleys, Val di’Chiana and Val d’Orcia, with breathtaking scenery, organic farming and amazing vineyards and wineries. We are happy to give you recommendations. It will be difficult to leave! We bought this home for its comfort, location, pool, amenities and views.

We provide a clothes washer and drying rack, a BBQ for your grilling, an outside table with views of the Eastern Umbrian hills and more glasses of wine. We have free wifi throughout, a smart tv, with netflix, prime, youtube tv, and sonos speaker for your music app. All linens and pool towels are provided
