The holiday house is centrally and quietly located in the historic centre of Maderno, only 500 metres from the lake. Modern flats with balcony or outdoor seating area, communal courtyard and terrace, located in a guesthouse. Enjoy the Italian charm of the characteristic old town and the proximity to the lake with its many beautiful beaches. Discover the surroundings on long hikes, bike rides or mountain bike tours and end an eventful day with a pleasant meal of regional cuisine.

Each accommodation has a private terrace or balcony and offers a beautiful view of the old town and the mountains. A beautiful courtyard with seating and a grill invites all guests to linger. A pavilion offers a convivial meeting place in both good and bad weather. The large communal roof terrace, equipped with a lounge, sun loungers and parasol, invites guests to linger and relax. The property is fenced off and therefore also suitable for children. Free public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Lockable bicycle parking is also available.

There is the possibility of renting the entire guest house. Five comfortable and modern flats await you. Each flat has air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchenette (with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, kettle, etc.), dining and living area with flat-screen satellite TV and a bathroom with shower, sink and bidet. You have the option of booking the flats individually. If you prefer to travel with a larger family or friends, you can of course book more accommodation or reserve the entire house for yourself.

Within a few minutes walk you can reach bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the lake with its many beautiful beaches. Toscolano-Maderno is worth a visit at any time of year. Especially between October and January the temperatures are mild and ideal for hiking, trekking or mountain biking in the surrounding mountainous regions. The historic centre offers small shops, services, restaurants and bars. The bakery and butcher's shop are open daily and are just across the street. A small, well-maintained wellness centre with a beauty parlour and hairdresser is also nearby. A bicycle shop rents bicycles and offers guided cycling and walking tours. In the vicinity you will also find numerous restaurants and bars, small souvenir and clothing shops, as well as numerous offers for recreational activities and water and sports in general. A few kilometres away, you will also find golf courses and horse riding opportunities. The guesthouse is therefore the ideal starting point for numerous activities such as water sports, mountain biking, hiking and visits to the many attractions in the surroundings.
