"La Spa è molto graziosa, seppur di dimensioni contenute, con una bella vista sul Monte Bianco.
Siamo rimasti tuttavia molto delusi dalla camera e dai servizi dell'hotel, inadeguati per il costo e reputazione del gruppo QC Terme.
Camera decisamente da ristrutturare. Ci è risultata fredda, mal isolata e mal insonorizzata. Doccia con gravi problemi di pressione dell'acqua, oltre che essere obsoleta. Non curanza nei dettagli in generale che non sto qui ad elencare poiché troppi. Il più evidente, il lenzuolo strappato e mai sostituito.
