What's better than a cedar hot tub with a sweeping view of the Totnes countryside and the River Dart? In the case of this colossal former barn, the answer is enjoying them with 18 of your friends or family! Guests can enjoy all conditions that our temperate climate throws their way whether underneath the parasols on the alfresco dining and bbq area or underneath the pergola with blankets and a hot toddy. Being outside in the countryside and enjoying the uninterrupted views of the River and surrounding countryside is what makes this home so special. There's a hard tennis court - great for a knock about, trampoline and children's play area, large lawned area for a kick about, but beyond the perimeters, there's plenty to see, too. The town of Totnes takes forty minutes to reach on foot, and there are a number of beaches — including those at Broadsands and Slapton — that can be reached in less than half an hour in the car. However, don't worry if you fancy staying indoors for the day — or if the weather leaves you with no choice — as there's plenty to keep you occupied inside the four walls. A games room on the top floor has tables for both foosball and ping pong, as well as another stunning view out of the floor-to-ceiling window. Alternatively, what's to stop you curling up on one of the sofas in the living room with a movie or a book in hand and the log-burner crackling away comfortingly in the background?
