This charming, air-conditioned and bright 25 m² studio has a balcony overlooking a quiet inner courtyard and comes with a private parking space – a rare find in the city centre.

The living area features a queen-size sofa bed providing a comfortable place to sleep, as well as a fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, two-ring hob, set of knives and a range of kitchenware (traditional oven not included).

A high-quality Smart TV is available for your leisure time.

You will also have access to a large walk-in wardrobe with hangers, an ironing board, a drying rack and a washing machine, ensuring complete self-sufficiency during your stay.

A table with two chairs allows you to enjoy your meals or work in comfort.

The modern and functional bathroom features a shower, a vanity unit, a ventilation system, a mirror with LED lighting, and a separate toilet.

Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a small, recently built block of flats, the studio offers an intimate and pleasant setting.

Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure you have a comfortable, practical and self-catering stay, whether for work, study, a business trip or a holiday.

The studio is easily accessible from Toulon station by bus (around 10 minutes) or by car. It is located just a 2-minute walk from the Toulon-Est motorway junction, providing quick access to all the city’s main roads or to Hyères.

Entry is via the sheltered inner courtyard, accessible from the building’s main entrance. Please note: there is no lift; access is via stairs to the 2nd floor.

Parking:

The property has a secure private car park and spaces reserved for bicycles.

Saint-Jean du Var is a historic residential neighbourhood located east of Toulon, a former suburb that developed in the second half of the 19th century. This dynamic neighbourhood offers an authentic neighbourhood atmosphere. You will find all the shops and services you need for your stay nearby. Toulon city centre, with its main attractions, is easily accessible in a few minutes by public transport or car.

By public transport:
The neighbourhood is served by the Mistral network, with several bus routes providing quick access to Toulon city centre, the SNCF railway station and other points of interest in the city (more information on the Mistral app). The nearest stop is Mermoz, served by lines 1, 2 and 29.

By bike or scooter:
Getting around by bike or scooter is ideal for visiting the region without any constraints. You can park your vehicle in the reserved spaces right in front of the flat and secure it with a lock on the railings provided for this purpose. A city surveillance camera is also nearby for added security.
