Upon arrival I had an issue with my form of id. The clerk then told me not to make him regret checking me in. My room had cobwebs and spiders everywhere. During the length of my stay, I had no toilet paper, tissues were empty, my room was never cleaned any of the days. I had to ask for clean towels. I then had a webinar to attend I had no pen. Went to the front desk and asked for a pen the same rude night clerk told me there were only 2 pens in the hotel and I couldn't use one. Highly disappointed for the amount of the stay. I'm unsure of what type of guests they normally check in, but I didn't even want to go down in the mornings for their breakfast. Left felt insecure and unsafe.

My priorities are the cheapest room I can get with no bugs in the reviews. I got a compact room (didnt realize it when I booked it. Didnt know they even existed.), but we were ok. No room for a chair but I happily sat on the window seat, even noticed the sliding window so I enjoyed fresh air. It was unique and enjoyable.

Nice

Booked last minute. Just too tired to drive home after a college drop off. Checked in very late. Gentleman at the front desk very friendly. Hotel clean, accessible, good location.
