Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean up any trash, put in trash can, then take out to big trash can outside. Take all used towels and place in bathroom floor.
Leave place the way you found it, by replacing all remotes and furniture the way it was. Turn off all lights, A/C unit, TV's and fans. Press lock on the door on way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
