Stay away.

Not the best , they refused to provide an empty glass in the restaurant as i had my own bottle of waters , forcing customer to buy water in the hotel.. dirt and dust everywhere.. definitely won't be back.

My room was dirty, was obvious it was not cleaned before my arrival. Bed sheets were terrible. Breakfast is below average, nothing special. Hygiene is very basic. You someone who works in the kitchen get out with so dirty costume infront of us while having breakfast. I had to shorten my stay cuz of hygiĂšne issue. In brief, location is good, bar is good but rooms and bathrooms and breakfast were awful.

Hotel was nice. The room was a little bit "old" and not so good as we thought with that price in Tunisia.. Breakfast was super. When we arrived the hotel gave us a fruit basket and water bottle as a welcome gift.

This property has seen better days: it is billed as a 4-star hotel and it definitely is not meeting that mark. Our room had a broken shower head, uncomfortable beds, dingy old towels, and a patio door that didn't open. Breakfast was mediocre.

I took a bus from Tunis to Tozeur (24 dinar). The Tozeur bus station was walking distance to the hotel and almost every other hotel you’ll see advertised. The front desk staff was great. We had a gentleman that spoke English and helped andswer every question I had. He personally called and arranged a desert tour that took me to see where the Star Wars exhibit was (180 dinar). The hotel offered a buffet style meals, enjoyed both dinner and breakfast (during Ramadan). The pools were beautiful, rooms were decent (only used them to sleep and shower in. I highly recommend this hotel.

Les matelas sont tres dure pas confortable du tous pour nous en tous cas..jai pas aimĂ© que ya des personnes qui fument dans le lobby. Et toute est payant ya meme pas d'eau fournie en demi pension ce que je trouve pas correct. Le frigo ds la chambre fonctionne pas..ont la changĂ©..jai appelĂ© pour le service de bagages a la fin de mon sĂ©jour personnes n'est venu l! Je venais de subir une opĂ©ration je peux pas trop forcer. Mais je lai fait seul quand mĂȘme. Je ne pense pas revenir a cet hotel.

TrÚs confortable, trÚs propre, mais excentré

L’établissement Ras al Ain est l’un des derniers survivant d’une grande Ă©poque du tourisme dans la ville du Sud tunisien. L’hĂŽtel a repris les locaux de l’ancien club Med et en a gardĂ© tout les Ă©quipements et la tradition luxueuse d’un club de vacances. c’est trĂšs propre, c’est beau c’est bien entretenu c’est immense, la piscine est chauffĂ©e en plein hiver, le petit dĂ©jeuner est correct : complet avec beaucoup de choix, mais il finit tĂŽt : 9h30. Attention : tout le personnel fait la gueule bien qu’ils soient trĂšs serviable. Signe d’une morositĂ© illustrant le dĂ©clin touristique d’une ville, jadis porte du dĂ©sert pour les voyageurs occidentaux. L’hĂŽtel est excentrĂ© par rapport Ă  la mĂ©dina, comptez une bonne demie-heure de marche pour la rejoindre, mais les taxis peu onĂ©reux (5dt 1€) vous feront oublier cette contrainte. PiĂšge Ă  Ă©viter : Les calĂšches Qui Campent devant l’hĂŽtel pour prendre les touristes restants afin de les emmener dans une oasis mĂ©diocre par un itinĂ©raire Ă  90 % sur le bord d’une quatre voies rapide. Voyage en calĂšche peu onĂ©reux mais particuliĂšrement dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Attention Ă  vous.
