A cozy lower level living room with a sofa bed offers additional space for playing or unwinding. The home, only a few years old, is situated on 3/4 of an acre. Outdoor features include a covered front porch and a charming back patio with comfortable furniture to relax and entertain complete with a sunshade for the sunny days and party lights for the evening hours. Gas Grill is included. Extra large play area for the kids, and a large fire pit area in the back yard to make s’mores and memories that are sure to last.
