The place was clean. It was cozy but spacious. We came for reading weekend and it was perfect. Close to Downtown.

Overall this was a very nice place. Perfect for two couples as you basically have two master suites. Only problem we had was elevator was out for most of our stay and it was the only elevator for the whole building. With being on the fourth floor this was quite an inconvenience. This is obviously not the the owner’s fault but if you have any physical limitations it is something to consider. Had everything you needed and we enjoyed our stay. Great location.

What an amazing place to stay and so close to downtown! Check-in/out was extremely easy and hassle free. Condo was beyond clean and had the cutest decorations specific to Traverse City. Communication with the property owner was consistent and always received quick responses. My family and I will definitely be staying here again when we return!

Wonderful accommodations for Traverse City

The property is a great place to stay. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is included. We were pleasantly surprised to find items that are not normally included - eg, beach towels, laundry detergent, coffee pods, q-tips.The property management company is extremely responsive, and provided all the details for check-in and check-out in a timely manner.

Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay in Traverse City. Riley made the whole process easy. The property was lovely and well-maintained. All the details in furnishing made it feel like a home away from home. The property is in a lovely neighborhood and is conveniently located, not too far from downtown Traverse City, the National Cherry Festival, the airport, BATA trail, vineyards and cherry orchards . We would highly recommend this property and are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect!

We loved the place! Would highly recommend and would use again if ever back in the area. Close to everything and we found your welcome book to be extremely helpful. We had a few suggestions that we left on the table, written on a paper bag as that is the only paper we had available.

The road noise was super terrible. The traffic noise was constant. We could not sleep at all. Even the noise was going through thr closet closest to the toad. Description of condo needs to be upfront with location of condo being on the street side.

Well stocked, clean unit.

This unit was great for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and coffee. The beds were very firm which was great for our backs. There were plenty of towels and even liquid shampoo, soap and conditioner in the bathrooms. The couch in the living room was small and could only seat 3 people. Kitchen table and chairs were roomy. There were no dressers but there were some shelves in the first bedroom closet. There was limited counter space in the first bathroom and not much counter space in the second. Both just had one sink. We never got around to using the bicycles. We did walk to town for dinner, which was about a mile and a half. There were some good restaurants in town. Mostly we golfed and had an enjoyable stay.

Wedding Weekend

My wife, son, daughter in law, and granddaughter attended a wedding in TC Saturday evening and needed a place to spend the night. The property was easy to find, ample parking and great communication with the host.
