Bienvenue River Life Paradise! Nous vous invitons à notre propriété qui comprend un terrain de camping privé pavée avec de l'eau / électrique / pomper / wifi / pique-nique pit de table / feu. Vous pouvez louer notre camping-car de 34 pieds ou apporter votre propre. Nous pouvons accueillir jusqu'à un RV de 45 pieds. Le site soutient jusqu'à la magnifique rivière Boardman et se trouve sur 18 acres de terrain boisé. Nous sommes les animaux de compagnie. Le Boardman offre des tubes, le kayak et le canoë-kayak (nous pouvons fournir de l'équipement si nécessaire). La rivière est aussi un ruisseau à truites ruban bleu et de la pêche est en second lieu à aucun. L'eau est limpide.
Le campeur est un Keystone Passport 2012. Il est de 34 pieds de long et a une cuisine complète, de la chaleur, AC, 2 téléviseurs, chaîne stéréo, dent bleue, DVD, baignoire et douche, réfrigérateur, réchaud, et auvent. Il sera accueillir confortablement 5 personnes. Capacité maximale est de 6 personnes.
Nous avons aussi un sentier de randonnée qui vous guide le long des nombreuses caractéristiques naturelles de la propriété. Ceci est l'endroit idéal pour une courte promenade. Vous rencontrerez de nombreux types d'animaux sauvages ici. Deer, Porcupine, rivière Otter, Beaver, pygargues à tête blanche, Hawks, Owls, Osprey, et même l'ours occasionnel. Venez champignons chasser ou faire un peu de l'observation des oiseaux.
Nous sommes situés à 10 miles à l'extérieur de Traverse City. Assez loin de la ville pour profiter de la paix et tout à fait, et un ciel sans fin plein d'étoiles. Pourtant, nous sommes assez près qu'un lecteur rapide offre beaucoup plus à faire. Traverse City est le joyau de salle nord offre Michigan de classe mondiale, Brasseries, Vignobles et vues. Nous sommes également un quart de mile du Michigan VTT et réseau de sentiers de motoneige. Nous avons hâte de vous voir. Réservez vos vacances dès que nous remplissons rapidement.

The location was awesome. Beautiful being on the river. Host was very helpful and made our kayaking experience fun. We enjoyed fishing even without success. Beds were comfy, may need new pillows on some. Very interesting furnishings. A bit of a museum, which we enjoyed. Could use a minimizing of things, but we loved the space and would definitely do it again. A lot of history here.💕

2nd stay at this great Property!

We were so happy to return to this beautiful river house. The location right on the river is so close you can hear the river rushing. The house is so well stocked and the beds are really comfortable. John our host is a terrific person and so easy to communicate with. and so helpful. There are great trails for hiking close by and the river is great for Kayaking. Can't wait to return!

We stayed at John’s for my bachelorette weekend. I wanted something more laid back and in nature. John’s place is absolutely amazing! The location, the river, and house are just to die for. I can’t wait to venture back. The house has everything you could need, we didn’t cook but there was every amenity you could think of. We will definitely be back!

Annual Sibling Trip

"FABULOUS" sums it up! What a great time we had staying at this property. The home accommodated the seven of us perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was beautiful. “Awesome house/property”, was the initial statement from everyone in my party upon arriving at the house. The river is so soothing to watch and listen to. The owner let us use 2 Kayaks which we did a 1-hr, slice of heaven, leisurely run ending up at our property!!! Our 4 and 5 y/o thought it was their favorite part of our trip…along with the fire pit that evening. The hospitality we received was tops. We definitely will be back again.

Daughters wedding

Our family stayed here 1 week, it served as a home base the week of our daughters wedding. 6 adults and 2 children. It was perfect. The setting was gorgeous. The house was stocked with everything imaginable. It was private right along the Boardman river. The owner supplied 2 kayaks and took 2 of our kids up river for a 4 hour kayak trip one morning. Free of charge. They kayaked back and ended up at the property. Thank you. Only about 10 minutes from Traverse City. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful setting with a above accommodating host, this is it. Thank you John!!!!

Pics don’t do the place justice!

I stayed with 7 other girls for a bachelorette party. This place was perfect! Beautiful, peaceful, right on the river. The cottage felt much more spacious then the pictures made it seem. Plenty of room. Quite a few different areas to sit and hang out inside and out. The owner was very easy to work with. The house had every single amenity you would need. It was fully stocked with cookware and really anything you could think of. No overly complicated checkout process. I want to bring my family next time!

Great house, great location

We went to this house with a group of friends. We were all working off and on and this house was set up perfectly for co-working. Everyone could retire to a separate space. When it was time to come together the big couch is super comfortable for a group to watch a movie, play a game, talk, and hang out! The kitchen is very well appointed! A delight to cook in. Overall, great experience!

Girls trip on the river

Peaceful rental right off the river. Beautiful area in the backyard as well for a fire and lounging. Stores are within a 15 minute drive and beaches/ downtown within 20 minute drive. Lots of amenities in the kitchen which was nice to be able cook instead of eat out the whole time. As others have mentioned, the owner lives on the property and there is another rental on the property as well. Ask about wine tour information and kayaking.

Great stay on the Boardman

Our plan was to enjoy a week of downtime at this property and we had a fantastic time. We did a few things in Traverse City but mostly just stayed at the house. Swimming in the river was really refreshing on hot days. The owner also provided a canoe and three kayaks and transported them upstream for us to paddle back to the house. We played a lot of yard games and just enjoyed the yard and it’s proximity to the river. In rainy days we stayed inside and played games and read. The home is well furnished and the kitchen has what you’ll need to cook and bake. The only caution I would make for future renters is that the owner stays right on the property as well as his caretaker and at times some others. So if you’re looking for complete privacy be aware … it was also a blessing though as they fixed a few things for us immediately and were available right away when we need them. The owner is incredibly friendly and responsive. We would definitely consider staying again!

This was our first trip to the Traverse City area and we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The house was perfect for us and we loved all the outdoor spaces! John was an amazing host and helped us with kayaks and was a great source of information.

Awesome experience.

Will definitely stay here again. The property fully furnished with plenty of kitchen stuff and plenty of bath towels. I was super impressed that even beach towels were provided along with outdoor chairs to use by the fire or for lounging around. Super quiet, very beautiful, and a great place to relax. The owner was very responsive to all emails and requests.
