The apartment includes a covered underground parking space, which is already included in the price (max. height 2.10m). From there, a few steps lead directly to the apartment – convenient, protected from the weather, and especially convenient for arrival and departure. On the covered balcony, you can enjoy a coffee with a view – or the sunset after a day on the slopes or by the lake. The gondola is within walking distance, and the underground parking space is included. Games, children's equipment, and a welcome set with coffee and tea round out the offer.
