Their customer service is over and beyond what is expected. My husband doesn't walk well and we were able to hire a staff person to come to our room at 6am -- before this service usually starts -- load up our luggage, get my husband a wheelchair and get us through all the logistical requirement that Charles de Gaulle airport throws at you to board a plane. They made our departure so easy and painless. I will always book a room here when I'm traveling from Paris.

We booked this hotel for easy access to the CDG airport, for our flight the next morning. We were hot, sweaty, and hungry when we checked in at around 4:30 PM, only to find that one of our two rooms was not ready. We hung out in their VIP lounge, but it was 7:00 PM before the second room was ready. I feel that this was an unacceptable amount of time to wait, although the staff was great.

Having spent a night at this hotel, I must express my satisfaction with the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the hotel's location within the airport provided convenient access to all terminals. Furthermore, the soundproof rooms were a significant advantage, ensuring a restful stay between flights. The only area for improvement would be the bathroom, which had a slight odor from the sewage system and could benefit from better lighting. Nevertheless, I certainly plan to return to this hotel in the future.

Would not recommend this hotel, room was nice. Staff at Bar very unprofessional, more interested in flirting with each other than serving customers. The most expensive food we ate in Paris and the absolute worst. I would be hard pressed to stay in another Sheraton hotel, then the additional internet charge….Nickel and diming people. You are trying to create an upscale illusion that is simply a mirage!!

No AC. Did not sleep all night because of the extreme heat. Fridge did not work! NO water upon arrival. Had to phone and ask for some. Toilet did not flush. Hairdryer was broken. For such a big name and big price they need to do better with options ie:espresso machine in room - refrigerator that works and water upon arrival at least!

There are no signs in the airport leading one to the hotel. It was like "where's Waldo?" There was no shampoo in the shower; just in the tub. The water temperature was inconsistent. Otherwise, a nice room and very quiet. The staff was friendly and responsive.

I love how you stepped out of the hotel right in to Charles De Gaulle airport. They even had a departure and arrival board in the lobby! The food I. The restaurant was delicious and the whole place had a groovy retro vibe.

The check in staff were nice. The staff at meal times were not great. Tough to get anyone's attention and it seemed to be a bother for them to service or engage your needs. Not impressed. Right at airport of course, so handy in that sense.
