The big yard that goes down to the water was nice. Didnt like that the back entrance door was broken and anybody off the street could just walk in.

It was okay for the price. The property is in need of some TLC. The smell was not great though, old cigarette smoke and stale air. Apart from that, bathroom was clean and it had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker (we didn't use).

We had a spacious room with a view of the Bay of Quinte. The parking lot is in front of the property rather than close to the rooms, so we had to carry our luggage a long way. Breakfast was adequate. Overall, this is a decent budget option.

Minimal

This is a 'rough' hotel. Holes in walls just patched over, security latch broken etc. The bed was OK on its steel frame. Bathroom was quite small but clean as was the washbasin outside the bathroom. It was barely OK for myself for one night but had my wife been there, we would have left.
