Had an ok time.

The pools are great and the staff are nice, but the waterslide wasn't working (July 2025), you are not allowed to bring any food/drinks/snacks into the resort, the beds are quite hard (but tolerable). There was loud music quite late into the night and the rooms are not soundproof. We didn't hate it, but we wouldn't stay again. We paid extra for the 2-bedroom family room and there were air conditioners in the rooms, but im not certain all the rooms do. It's also worth knowing in advance that the security guards at the gate swap your ID for a card when you drive in and out. This disnt cause us a problem, but caught us off guard.

El personal es atento. Nos habían asignado una habitación que estaba en ese momento en remodelación así que al entrar y darnos cuenta, tuvimos que volver a recepción a pedir ayuda y nos reubicaron en otra habitación, amablemente. No hay teléfono en las recámaras, lo que hizo que camináramos del edificio de habitaciones a recepción. La tele nunca nos funcionó y como teníamos que volver a caminar para ir a recepción, mejor nos dimos por vencidos. No hay aire acondicionado pero el ventilador sí ayuda para el calor. La habitación es sencilla y sí le falta un poco de remodelación pero para nosotros cumplió con la función de descansar una noche previo a continuar viajando en carretera.
