Next to the room there is a large private bathroom for exclusive use, located just one meter away, complete with integrated Turkish bath, double-seat shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
To complete the experience, a second service room, also private, perfect for storing luggage, preparing a herbal tea (with a kettle available), relaxing, changing or enjoying a moment of tranquility in front of a large mirror.

All these areas - bedroom, bathroom and service room - form a single private area reserved for the guest, without any sharing with others. This extended suite is located in an elegant penthouse of about 230 m², overlooking the Rio Botteniga river. The penthouse is divided to ensure maximum privacy: the sleeping area is completely separate from the living area, which serves as a reception area, similar to a private hall.
The manager is present in the building but resides in a separate area, accessible from the living area and without any walls in common with the areas reserved for the guest. Guests can enter and exit directly from the sleeping area, in complete autonomy, without ever crossing the living area.
Contact with the manager is foreseen only at check-in and check-out, to ensure total discretion and independence during the entire stay.
