Our accommodation can accommodate up to 2 adults, and has a large living room with sofa (which can be used as an extra bed for a child up to 12 years) and open kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. All the furniture is extremely refined and finished in the details, you will feel just like you were at home! The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle and cooking utensils, and will allow you to prepare quick snacks or complete meals. Our guests will also have TV, washing machine, drying rack, iron, fan and independent heating, parking on the ground floor for free

*** The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unforeseen or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

*** All the identity documents of the residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. City tax of € 1 per person per day is not included in the price and will be collected upon arrival in cash. Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be arranged directly with the hotel and require a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23. 00: € 25.00; - 23. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash upon arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.
