Vor langer langer Zeit war das mal ein schönes Ferienhaus.Alleinstehend stimmt nicht, es stehen 3 Ferienhäuser direkt neben einander, mit freier Sicht auf die Terasse daneben.Atemberaubend ist höchstens der Gestank, wenn man einen der Holzschränke öffnet.Das Kunststoff Dach über der Terasse zerfällt und klappert permanent im Wind.Jeder einzelne Sessel auf der Terasse ist an einer Stelle gebrochen und der wackeligeTisch verliert seine Beine wenn er angehoben wird.Die Fenster und Türen im Haus haben kaputte Dichtungen und bei starkem Regen stehen alle Zimmer unter Wasser.Dadurch steht die Feuchtigkeit im ganzen Haus und alle Holzmöbel und Kleiderschränke sind vermodert, verzogen und unbrauchbar. Der Gestank ist unbeschreiblich.Im Wohnzimmer gab es keinen Esstisch, der lag zerbrochen und verrottet in einer Ecke der Terasse.Das Licht im Treppenaufgang hat die ganze Zeit geflackert.Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist zum Sitzen nicht geeignet und erst recht nicht könnte jemand darauf schlafen, es bricht zusammen.Die Dusche im oberen Badezimmer ist defekt und es kommt nur sehr wenig Wasser aus der Brause.Dafür tropft der Boiler und sorgt für zusätzliche Wasserpfützen im Bad.Das TV Gerät war unbrauchbar und die Fernbedienung passte nicht zum Gerät.Die Sonnenliegen auf der Terasse fehlen ganz, obwohl uns vor der Reise auf Nachfrage versichert wurde, dass sie vorhanden sind.Auch nach Kontaktaufnahme vor Ort mit dem Vermieter wurde der Tisch und die Sonnenliegen nicht erstetzt.
Der zerbrochene Esstisch lag auf der Terasse in einer Ecke.
Die Dichtungen an Türen und Fensten sind kaputt und das Regenwasser dringt herein in alle Räume auch in die Schlafzmmer.

Don’t book this!!!!

The house was a major disappointment and did not match the pictures at all – those are clearly staged. The terrace had only four cheap plastic chairs, no sunbeds as shown.Sheets and towels came with an extra charge of 43, and even then, one set of sheets was missing – with no apology or explanation.The interior was in poor condition: mold was both visible and noticeable by smell. One of the showers barely produced any water, and the toilet was leaking.The beds and the sofa were rock hard, making it almost impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The lighting throughout the house was harsh and cold – more like a hospital than a holiday home.All in all, the property felt neglected and not properly maintained.
