Beautiful as it is, the display photo doesn't do full justice to this apartment. It couldn't because there are too many superb features to be captured in one set of photos. The indoor furnishings are smart but also comfortable. Everything -- water heaters, washer & dryer, etc. -- worked well. The kitchen was unusually well-furnished right down to decent cutting knives, something that usually is missing in vacation rentals. Of course, the balcony is the jewel of the place, offering a spectacular view from the master bedroom, the living room and the dining/kitchen area. Initially we had some confusion about where to park the car we had driven in from Bosnia & Herzegovina, but a quick email exchange resolved that question. Once settled, we easily (despite uphill returns) walked to the beaches in one direction and also to historic Trogir in the other direction. Near the beaches, we found a supermarket offering fresh catch of the day for our dinner. One day we took a short drive to the far end of the island where we caught a ferry to Split; that saved us from congestion and parking hassles in the touristy areas. The entire Dalmatian coast was spectacular, and we would love to return. If we do, this apartment would be our first choice for lodging.
