L'anse à l'âne - Les Trois Ilets

appartement très agréable, grand, bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire (café, jus de fruit, bouteille d'eau prévus pour le premier petit déjeuner), proche de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces, bien situé pour visiter le nord et le sud de l'île, navettes maritimes pour Fort de France à proximité. Nous avons été bien accueillis malgré l'heure tardive (plus d'une heure de retard).Le seul point négatif (qui n'incombe pas à la propriétaire) est les aboiements des chiens du voisin.

bien situé, aéré et lumineux mais un voisin résident un peu bruyant

un long et agréable séjour dans ce logement très bien situé dans une résidence bien entretenue, y compris la piscine. un bémol toutefois : le voisin aux chiens bruyants et à la fâcheuse habitude d'écouter musique et télévision à fort volume sonore. de surcroit, il monopolise une place de parking alors qu'il dispose de places à l'intérieur de sa propriété au détriment des vacanciers.

Beau séjour de trois semaines

Logement fidèle aux photos. Très bien situé, la plage, les commerces, les restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Très bonne communication avec Marie-Catherine qui répond rapidement à nos demandes. Piscine très bien entretenue. Belle emplacement.

pas satisfait

environnement désagréable, chien, coq, chèvres, chantier en musique des 6h du matin, pas de repos, télé en panne, lumières extérieures une en panne, prises électrique moitiés débranchées dangereux, grille pain ce bloque à chaque utilisation, taie d'oreillers salle, drap housse pas adapté au lit , minimun on refait son lit 3 à 4 fois par nuit, douche pas adaptée pour PMR . le préciser sur annonce

Un bon séjour

Location parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Appartement bien équipé et propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La résidence est très bien placée avec la plage accessible à pied ainsi que bars, restaurants, boulangerie et supérette. Seul bémol : les aboiements des chiens des voisins qui viennent troubler la quiétude de la résidence.

Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances : de l'espace, proximité des belles anses de la Martinique, piscine et surtout beaucoup de calme dans ce quartier. Il ne manque rien dans le logement pour avoir un bon confort. Nous avons passé 2 semaines excellente. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir. Christophe

Super vacances dans un super endroit!

Appartement très agréable, super bien situé. Le descriptif ne ment pas et les photos sont totalement représentatives de l'objet: aucune tromperie sur la marchandise. Seul petit bémol: 2 vieux transats à la piscine... s'il y'avait eu du monde ça aurait pu être ennuyeux. Heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas foule. Accueil très chaleureux de Marie-Catherine sur place qui est aussi disponible en cas de pépin durant le séjour.
