Newly renovated two bedroom apartment on the quiet side of the Anse Mitan beach. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and has a second toilet in a small water closet. Each bedroom has an airconditioner, a tv and a large closet. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. There is a large terrace with a gorgeous view of the Caribbean sea. The kitchen was very pleasant to cook in-raise the aluminum shutters and cook with a view. Our family of four spent 9 nights at this apartment and loved every minute. We intend to go back. You do need a rental car because grocery stores are few and far between in Martinique. The apartment has its own parking space. The area has several good restaurants within a one block radius. The area of Pointe du Bout is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk. This is a touristy area with bars, restaurants, shops, a dive center, ferry to Fort de France, gelato shop and tour departures. We found this apartment to be conveniently located to visit the island. The little beach across the road has fine sand, good snorkelling and clear blue water.
