These cabins were very clean and comfortable. For the price, soace, and proximity to Bryce Canyon I would stay here again. The only negatives were the communication between the management and that the cabin was directly in front of a rooster farm and the started crowing around 3 AM and didn't stop throughout the day. We needed a late check-in and had to pay a $25 fee for them to tape our cabin key to the office door with our room number on it. That didn't feel very safe but also I had to send multiple messages to figure out what the late check-in process would be and where exactly the information on what cabin we would be staying in and the key would be. Outside of those issues the cabin was better than we were expecting and we were very comfortable.

We loved our stay. The unit was unusually fresh and clean. Loved the farm animals around the property. Location was convenient. Price was great. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

What I did not like about our cabin was the heavy smell of bleach when we entered it. We tried to air it out, but to no avail. I am sure that there are healthier options to clean a small cabin like that; there is no need to have the bleach smell all morning stuck in your nostrils. Besides that, it was a great location and quiet with farmland in the back and lovely mountain views. I would recommend it.

Fun little cabin with all the amenities. It's by a cow pasture, so if you didn't grow up in the country like me, you might find the smell a little off putting.

Nice little wood cabin, no on site breakfast but a restaurant is very close like half a mile away. The cabin is a bit close to the road so you could hear traffic a bit. Nevertheless no traffic in the middle of the night.

I was a bit taken aback that I had to pay $25 because we were checking in after 9pm. We were driving from Moab to Bryce after we hiked for the day and 2 hours of our drive we had no reception to call earlier

The cabins were clean and great. however there was a mix up in our dates of stay. The owner would not credit us for an unused night with a 4 day notice to cancel the last night, and we were provided a huge double 4 bed cabin for the first night, and we did not unlock or access half of it, that side was un touched as we requested and communicated we only needed 2 beds. when we inquired to see if we could be credited or refunded. The owner was called and the answer was “No”. She made over 450$ off us for unused accommodations. We will NEVER stay here again. When we return with our family for 10 days next year i will absolutely stay somewhere else! by scamming us for $450 she will lose $3,000 from us in return visits for many years to come. And I will tell everyone how we were treated. And expedia was useless in helping with our situation. And a side note. THEY RAISE ROOSTERS! not one- MANY!!! and they start crowing at 4:30 am. I am a ranch gal and can appreciate farm animals more than most! but if you make a living providing a place for SLEEP- You might want to rethink the poultry choices. i personally have 20 laying hens. ROOSTERS ARE not necessary to have a lovely steady egg supply. AVOID THIS PLACE!

If your looking for a quiet clean comfortable place away from the crowds at Bryce this is it! The structure is built very strong and kept any sound from outside from entering our room…. we had chairs outside of our front door and on a back porch looking over fields and mountains.
