The gal at the check in was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfy. My biggest issue, was no coffee pot in the room, which would have been no big deal if the office was open so we could get coffee. However, the office didn't open for breakfast until 8:00am. If you are an early riser and want to get an early start to your day, you'll need to go next door to get your caffeine fix.
this is a regular motel, everything is clean and functional in the room, the surroundings are ugly, zero effort to make it nice. Breakfast quite late (8am) while everybody was waiting to take advantage of the cool temperature in the Bryce Canyon. quite expensive fo what it is but I guess it is the high season for the Bryce Park!
Friendly service, with simple breakfast included. Right next-door is an excellent restaurant that we highly recommend for family homemade cooking and great service.
The office had little to none attendant on duty. It was closed until 3:30 in the afternoon so you are not able to check in until after 3:30. There is no attendant after 8 PM at night. The room I stayed in had a very dirty carpet.
The property is very dirty and in desperate need of an update. There was animal poop in the hallways outside of the rooms the entire time we were there. The room wasnât clean, especially the shower. We found random long hairs on the counter, in the bed, and Iâm positive they didnât belong to us. Our key cards stopped working randomly. But they donât have anyone staffed in the lobby outside of the hours 8-11 and 3-8. So after a long day of hiking, we didnât have access to our room for an hour and a half. A tent would have been just as good and a lot less money.
