This terrific rental features 2 cozy bedrooms with a king and queen bed, a stylish bathroom with a shower, and a charming living room with an extra twin blowup bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, a hair dryer, and a washer/ dryer. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-Out Time: 10 a.m. or earlier. (If you check out early in the morning kindly let me know so our cleaners can get started right away, thank you!)
If a bed was slept in, please do not make the bed. This way we know it was usedPlease place dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Please place garbage from the kitchen and bathroom in the garbage bags.
Please be sure to clean any dirty dishes before departure. Turn off the A/C in the summer months, turn down the heat in the winter months, turn the lights off, lock up all the doors on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There are other guests in the building, please respect “ No noise after 11:00 p.m.” rule.
There is absolutely no parting, smoking of any kind in the building. There will be $300 fee for smoking along.
