I’ll start by saying that all staff were so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the conditions of the property made our stay uncomfortable. I really expected way better from a “Hilton”. My family and I booked 2 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn because of its proximity to the airport. The central location allowed us to travel in several directions (Nusa Dua, Ubud, Kuta Beach). However, the area is not walkable and you need to get a Grab or Taxi to go anywhere. The drive back to the hotel can take anywhere from 45 min to 2 hrs, due to congested streets (cars, motorcycles). Some of the issues we encountered during our 5 night stay included the following: -our booking included early check-in, but we were told that the rooms were not ready until after 3:00pm -one of the rooms did not have an in-room safe and there was a crack/hole in the tile floor -we never received hand-towels and had to use Kleenex to dry out hands -there were multiple leaks in the ceiling on the 3rd floor due to heavy rain 3 out of the 6 days we were there; employees “fixed” the leaks by painting over the water stains

We stayed just one night in this beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and tidy! We enjoyed in the swimming pool in the late evening; had lots of fun. The morning breakfast was simply awesome with so many varieties of food. I would recommend anyone who wants a luxurious stay in Kuta (Bali).

Comfortable hotel near airport

Great hotel when arriving on a late flight. Close to airport but unfortunately not walkable from airport! Great breakfast buffet with diversity of food choices.

First time in Indonesia.

Great service, very clean. Not much time to enjoy the hotel amenities but the lobby is very airy, open to the atmosphere. We had to stay a little longer and the hotel accommodated our delayed check out, basically paid one full extra day. I would stay there again, very very convenient for those who have flights to catch. Literally 3 minute taxi ride.

We had a very late arrival and wanted something close to airport which is why we chose this hotel. We were quite disappointed. It was pretty bad considering it was a Hilton. The door to our room where we used the key had a hole that was patched up. That was the first sign. Bathroom was pretty bad as well. However, we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. The location was the reason why we got it and we were gone in a few hours.
