The hotel is not what I expected, bathroom was dirty, caulking around tubs was moldy and discolored, the shower head was full of water scales.

The first night we got put in a room that had a toilet that was extremely loud after flushing, the shower drain was clogged and the maintenance personnel had to come unclog it which had a lot of hair in it, and the tv volume did not work. They ended up having to move us to another room that was better but the toilet still had issues. Staff was nice though but didn’t offer any discounts for all the trouble the first night.

Waffle station in breakfast area was filthy from evening to morning service. Batter spattered and dried all around. Otherwise, great price for spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, cheerful staff at check in. Chairs and some carpet area very worn. Close to airport. Restaurant selection limited, but bar & grill at hotel next door surprisingly good.

I really appreciated the shuttle service — very quick and reliable, they arrived within 10 minutes after I called from baggage claim. The hotel is also close enough to the airport that you could even walk if needed. My room was super comfortable and I loved having a microwave and fridge, which made the stay very convenient. The only downside was limited dining and transportation options in the immediate area, but overall it was a safe and pleasant stay.

The staff and services were above board. The room was clean but the automated window covering would not go down and the were no way to lower the drapes. The staff offer to move us to another room but due to my disability and really long day we decided to stick it out.
