This is a great stay for the price. We stayed here when the Tucson Air Show was going on and the staff got us a room on the side where we could see it perfectly.

What do you expect for $57/night?

Door to room would not open "completely" with card key, requiring forcible manipulation. No maid service for 9 days. Shampoo, body wash, and hand soap dispensers empty and never filled for 9-day stay. TV and remote not working first two days. And the dog excrement on the northeast stairwell was never cleaned during the 9-day stay.

Came to save money and had to work. Pros-Great service, clean rooms and comfortable beds! Oh and less expensive too... Cons- Gets busy on Friday/Saturday nights, not safe or kind to little ones...IMO

Great stay in Tucson

It was a great hotel for a great price. Rooms seemed to have been updated recently as the furniture was modern and they had laminate floors. Super close to the 10 Fwy.

I stay 2 nights here 1st stay they wanted to keep our deposit for some marks on the floor. Which we did not do. Marks looked old. 2nd stay was done through a reservation already paid. I even called in to confirm the reservation. When got the the room only had one bed. Yes it was accessible. I needed inorder to take a safe shower. I also picked a room with 2 beds. It was 4 people in our reservation. No way we should have had a room with one bed. Then the bathtub had alot scratches in it and it look like dried up poop in the scratches so we was not able to take a shower. No the experience was not good. Staff should know about the rooms before assigning quest. Staff was great they just need to be more knowledgeable about the rooms.
