Welcome! We are BookTucson. As a local family business, we specialize in offering Tucson's finest vacation homes and casitas! Views are everywhere you look in this impeccably remodeled mid-century modern home. You are surrounded with exceptional natural desert with amazing city and mountain views all while staying in a superb central foothills location.

This remodeled ranch is filled with soft, natural light and is perfectly scaled. Sitting on an acre, this home offers an open living area with a gas fireplace that anchors the home, freshly painted, contains new concrete overlay floors throughout & a dual level floor plan with in-room suite on the lower level. Newly renovated master bath has huge open steam shower. The modern north-facing courtyard entrance offers a large patio and seating area w/water features. Home is wonderful for entertainment or restorative introspection.

The backyard is completely remodeled including a new pebble tech pool, ample covered outdoor and open sun seating areas, and so much more.

Beautiful modern house

Flew my wife and kids to Tucson for spring break to explore Tucson and stayed in this amazing house. The place is so well done. Would definitely recommend it. Magic is also a super responsive host, so A for service. Nothing but great things to report and would definitely recommend. Heated pool was perfect for cooler night time air temps.

Clean & comfortable home in a great location.We stayed for two weeks while visiting family who lived a couple miles away in the foothills.With the exception of a few needed upgrades, we found it to be very satisfying are happy with our choice.

Fun in Tucson

We had a short trip into Tucson to enjoy some sightseeing and some golf. The property was perfectly located for the activities we had planned. It was a reasonable short drive to the caves, missile museum and the golf course. The house was exactly as depicted, perfect for our needs as we had our small dog with us. Wish we had more time in Tucson and at this property.
