Gut: Sauberkeit
There were a lot of fees including upfront fees for people we thought might “stay the night”. We did not have as many people stay over as we thought, so I guess I’m waiting for the video to be reviewed before I get the refund. There was also going to be extra fees if we wanted the pool gas heated which we didn’t do since there was supposed to be a solar blanket on the pool. It wasn’t on the pool when we arrived so the pool didn’t get heated during the day. Check in isn’t until 5pm which is later than most places. I paid for the insurance but there were things not working or as stated when I arrived and there was no refund for that. One of the TVs was broken which was unfortunate since we use the TV at night for bed. I was stuck out of the master bedroom for about an hour because the door handle didn’t work properly (all my belongings were in there). This house does accommodate large groups which is nice but after doing more research after our stay, I found places that would have been cheaper and had better check in times.
