They overbooked the hotel, and when my wife and young daughter arrived after a late flight, they were forced to go to a different, inferior hotel. It’s unacceptable that they had to walk with their luggage for 25 minutes at 1 AM without any offer of a ride. This level of service is unbelievable!

Property was clean and very convenient. Located just off University near restaurants just outside of campus. Room was not ready prior to check-in time, but they stored our luggage behind check-in desk. Only complaint was that when we entered the room, it had a strong bleach smell that took a long time to go away.

The staff was very helpful, and we appreciated their willingness to stay and help on December 25th. They were also very friendly and courteous. The only improvement would be if the staff who cleaned the rooms did a better job.
