The holiday flat is part of a detached apartment building with a total of three flats and is situated in a very quiet location in the village centre of Rueras. From the balcony you can enjoy a view of the old houses of Rueras as well as the mountains and the valley. The flat is an ideal starting point for winter and summer hikes or ski tours. In summer, the family-friendly bathing lake is also within easy reach on foot, by bike (3.1 km) or by car. The Camping Rhein playground is 500 metres away, right on the edge of the forest. The indoor swimming pool with wellness facilities, the golf course and an outdoor tennis court are in the immediate vicinity.

The flat on the ground floor has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In the bright living room there is a sofa bed and an armchair, a radio with CD player and a TV with Swisscom TV (with replay function). The kitchen is fully equipped and has three hobs, oven, fridge and a kettle. There is a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided), a Bialetti coffee maker or the option to make filter coffee.

The flat was the home of a family for a long time, later that of the grandparents, who very often received visits from their grandchildren and great-grandchildren. That's why there are lots of games, coloured pencils, Legos etc. in the flat. All items in the cupboards (except for "private" items, they can and should be used as long as everything is taken care of again). Tools, some sewing material (in case a button falls off) and an iron are also available.

A car park directly at the house can be booked on request (5.- per night).
