I got here and they said they had to cancel the reservation because the Expedia credit card was declined. I need you to Credit my credit card for what I paid you. They tried your cc at least 6 times while I stood there.
Only complaint is that the cable tv is horrible. Screwy method of finding anything, no normal guide. This may well be the fault of the local cable provider. It would be well for them to find another way if possible.
Ron at the front desk was a rock star as I tried to check in and Hotels.com didn't notify Hampton Inn that I had a reservation. I had the paid receipt and itinerary number and still could not find the reservaiton. After 90 miniutes calling Hampton's number we found a phone number for Hotels.com and that customer service gentleman (I didn't catch his name) gave the hotel yet a different number to prove that I had a reservation and I was finally in the room 90 minutes after walking in the door.
This was the first time ever I had an issue with making a reservation and it was after 21 hours of traveling.
Air conditioner did not work⊠paid for a suite with jetted tub !! The tub was not jetted. Said something to the staff was told to contact Expedia since that is who I booked through. Also the app showed that was the only room available the staff said they had several room available but would not change it. Not happy with stay or the cost!!

Got there and they said Expedia cancelled our reservation. This is ridiculous. How can the company do that.
I had a great 2 night stay at Hampton Inn and Suites in Manchester, TN. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff are nice and helpful. Rooms with eastern facing windows will have a lot of sunshine at the break of dawn. My room did not have blackout curtains.
This hotel was average and not really worth the price of the room. It had been remodeled and that was nothing special.
My real reason for booking this room was basically it was by a Cracker Barrel which we love to eat at.
