This place was wonderful to stay at for the purpose we needed. It is very close to the cancer center for those receiving treatment from far away. There was a couple of things broke such as the couch and the threshold between the kitchen and the living room. The
The property is located next to 8 lanes of high traffic, so sleeping noise was high. Pet friendly but not thoroughly clean (for nosy pets). One very squeaky and hard-to-shut bathroom door, making for even MORE noise at night. Can't rate it very highly. BUT, the management was very gracious and responsive, so I would definitely check out other properties they oversee.
The plumbing doesnât allow water to drain properly. I ended up standing in 2â of filthy water before I realized this. Iâm praying that I havenât caught anything like athletes foot.
This rental was clean and located in an area that made access to all parts of Tulsa easy. Lily was very quick and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would stay here again. Only downside is the traffic noise but it certainly didnât keep us awake at night.
It was a good price. But was on a super busy highway. Master sink was slow draining. Issues with every tv remote. Nice that each room had a tv, but they all had cords hanging down. Headboard in master was made of solid painted canvases that fell off easily. Kitchen was stocked pretty good, but the baking sheet was super stained and really old. Had to turn the side lamp off in one of the bedrooms by unscrewing the bulb. Several light bulbs were out throughout the house.
Chose this property for proximity to OCSRI. For our purposes it was a good location. The interior needed a good cleaning. The stove top surround was so greasy I had to clean it before I could use it. There were spiderwebs with desiccated bugs in corners. The interior could also benefit from attention to maintenance details. The beds were comfortable.
wonderful little home for our stay in Tulsa. although it is on a busy street, it did not cause any problems. definitely will book the house again if we return to Tulsa.
I have never had to give a so so to bad review before. Starting with good. The property manager agent was a good communicator and tried to resolve the minor issues she could. But, this property is not as clean, renovated and in good repair as it looks in the photos. It was grubby with dirty fingerprints on doors, a hideously dirty air filter cover, dirty corners of bathrooms, many burned out lightbulbs, a grungy pantry, and paint covered damage. The floors, rug and sofa felt dirty. It was fairly well stocked. It is right in a feeder road for the freeway, so it was very loud at night. My
Was not aware it faced the interstate and busy street
There were an few issues. The location faces a busy street and I wasn't aware of it. Which is very noisy and after a long day of working made it difficult to sleep. The sofa probably needs to be cleaned and during the winter months should have more blankets available. The kitchen was missing some items that would be nice to have such as measuring cups, wine cork, cuttting board and measuring spoons and perhaps a few spices.
Our stay was great. Host took care of air conditioning problem very quick. House was very comfortable and close to where we needed to be. Street was a little too busy but it worked out very well
It worked perfectly for the four of us. Well located for our needs (we were at the Expo), easy access to grocery stores, the airport, etc. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean, heated up quickly and stayed warm. There was a nice effort to make the place âhomeyâ in what is essentially an âold bonesâ house â bathrooms/ kitchen are a bit dated but the place as a whole is well decorated with nice touches.
It worked well for 4 - lack of chairs (4 dining plus two folding) might make it difficult for more than that. The fenced yard was useful for our dog â fence was a bit dilapidated but repairs meant it did the job! The dishwasher, coffee maker and washer/dryer are great.
There is a shortage of plates and serving dishes and only a few mismatched glasses and no wine glasses. Although there are some plastic cups. Easy to address so hopefully they will.
It is on a main road but set back and not very busy - we had no trouble getting into and out of the drive. If you had young children and pets youâd just want to be mindful when out front. We didnât find the noise obtrusive (it was March so we were mainly indoors with windows closed). Overall, the house suited us to a T, much more than a hotel would have. Itâs an easy 10min drive from the Expo and 15 from the airport. And the host is great!
This place is kind of cute but much older than it appears in photos. There were some cobwebs & dirty floorboards, the blanket on the couch had a big wet spot on it when we arrived & we kept getting a distinct whiff of dog smell. It is right on the big main highway so it's difficult to sleep at night with all the traffic noise. If you're sleeping in the master, you'll be ok as it's on the backside of the duplex. Owners were very communicative & easy to work with.
