If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. Don’t be fooled by the photos on Expedia or other booking sites — they look nothing like what you’ll actually find. This isn’t really a hotel; people live here. The rooms smell strongly of mold, the floors are dirty and covered in hair, and everything just feels grimy and neglected. The staff also live on-site and seem to work only a few hours a day. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone if you need help. It might look cheap online, but trust me — it’s absolutely not worth the money. Spend a little more and stay somewhere clean, safe, and actually meant for travelers.

The staff’s behavior is terrible. They are asking us to leave the hotel when we requested if some room is available upstairs since we are given the first floor.

All of the staff I encountered were extremely professional and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and the property is in a safe and convenient location. The rates are great, too! I highly recommend this property!

Hotel was cleaned, it just had this funny smell tho. The first room we got assigned to had a problem with the bathtub, unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed immediately because it was the weekend. They accommodate us with a different room till Monday. Overall it was okay.

Horrible when it comes to guest experience.

Not customer friendly at all. Hospitality is not their virtue so beware when booking at this location. They treat guests like parasites and not people. Spent a lot of money at this place as a long term stay but would choose a Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG over this brand in the future.

Try somewhere else

Right off the bat, the ac did not work the best. But fine, it’s hot and the ac can’t keep up. Kept it on all day and all night and it wasn’t the greatest but we got thru it. The freezer door did not stay shut properly so good luck keeping anything frozen. We had to use masking tape to keep it shut. The real cherry on top was the part where they came knocking my door down one morning insisting I owed them money because I didn’t pay my full stay when I checked in. Even tho I repetitively stated I had used hotels.com to pay my full stay up front and confirmed with the front desk at check in that everything was good they insisted I owed money. The guy made me go downstairs and demanded I give him a card to pay for my remaining balance. After stating multiple times that I wasn’t paying anything additional he then magically was able to see that I had already paid in full and didn’t owe anything. I’ve stayed here in the past and it was not this bad. Terrible customer service and will think twice before returning to this location.

Don’t do it!

This place is terrible. Mold was on the AC unit just blowing out mold. The front desk was closed when we got in and when we tried to check out. Dust on the blinds as well as yellow stain on the bed. A drawer was broken. Pictures on the web are not at all what the rooms looked liked. You can hear everyone come in and out of the doors. Not sound proof at all! Spend the extra money to go somewhere else.
