Beautiful place to stay

Our family was there for a destination wedding and this villa was perfect. We loved all the authentic Mexican tile and the grounds are beautiful. Noe and Elizabeth were amazing. Highly recommend this place!

Great house. Great location. Great staff.

Loved the house, the beach. So scenic. Especially good for our family of ten - so many great areas to gather. Noe and Elizabeth took such good care of us. We had three dinners made by them, all excellent. I wish it wee closer to Tulum though Tulum Beach was so crowded and noisy you could have just as well been in Times Square. Soliamon Bay was gorgeous and quiet.

Wonderful beach house!

This is a charming beach house that makes the most of the natural beauty of the beach on Solimon Bay with coconut trees and beautiful white sand right as you step off the back porch. Noe and Elizabeth were wonderful and helpful. Their cooking is outstanding and highly recommended. The location is incredible, a slice of heaven in the otherwise busy, touristy Tulum

Noe and Elizabeth were such a special treat, kind to the children, helpful, but not intrusive. They cooked dinner for us two nights, the food was better than any restaurants we ate at, more affordable, and so convenient. There was some sargrasso, but the kayaking and snorkeling were great. Two restaurants within walking distance, both with great sargrasso free beaches to enjoy! We enjoyed the cold ac in all rooms. Wonderful family vacation!

We spent lots of time in the pool and lounging on the decks. Noe and Lis take great care of the place, and their meals are better than anything you'll get at a restaurant! The only issue with our stay was totally out of everyone's control: sargassum prevented us from snorkeling and kayaking as much as we would have liked. Still a lovely stay, and we would definitely return!

A True Paradise!

Reviewer Comments: The house and beach are absolutely beautiful but what really puts this property over the top is the wonderful hard working caretakers Elizabeth and Noe. They keep the property in spotless condition all while being very unobtrusive. They cooked dinner for us four out of the seven nights, which was a delicious treat and well worth the reasonable cost. Our favorite dishes were the empanadas, whole grilled fish, grilled steak and garlic butter shrimp. Thank you so much for everything and we hope to return in the future.

Family of 7 adults and 2 children ages 3 and 6 stayed for 9 nights. Everything was perfect. We arrived late the first night and Noe and Elizabeth were there to greet us and help with luggage.The house was perfect size, very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans/utensils. Noe and Elizabeth were so amazing! They were super nice, made sure everything was clean and took pride in the care of the home.There is lots of outdoor areas to enjoy and the beach is great! We have stayed in Soliman Bay and Akumal before and this house is now our favorite because of the house layout and also Noe and Elizabeth. There are 2 close restaurants you can walk to that we enjoyed and also you can have meals prepared at the house.The house is right between Tulum and Akumal so we were able to enjoy activities in both areas along with close grocery shopping at Chedraui (our favorite).

Yes, the beach was amazing, the house was nice(beds are horribly uncomfortable) and the location was gorgeous! But out highlight was Noe and Elizabeth. Amazing caretakers. The property was in pristine condition and Elizabeth's cooking was delcicous. Often times people get over looked because it's so routine but they went above and beyond daily. Great vacation and my family would love to go back sooner then later.

The outdoor spaces are nicely landscaped and well maintained. The beach is beautiful and the bay is large and calm for swimming. We also enjoyed the kayaks and snorkeling. The caretaker and housekeeper are very friendly and helpful - we arranged for them to make dinners which were a delicious treat. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the only issue was a leaky water line under the sink which the caretaker arranged to have fixed the next day. Akumal Direct was helpful, efficient and very responsive when we had questions.

A Slice of Heaven!!

We absolutely loved our stay and had the most wonderful experience! Elisabeth and Noe were the sweetest caretakers, did cleaning, supplied fresh towels every day, and even did our laundry (I paid her extra even though she said no charge) ALSO they cooked for us 3 nights and I wish we had had them cook for us every night, it was INCREDIBLE! Sooo delicious! They made us pollo pibil, steak, homemade empanadas, shrimp, etc etc. nothing like getting home from a day out at Cenotes to the smell of delicious dinner cooking. We just loved the house, the beach was pristine, and felt very safe. They have security guards walk the beach, and the entrance to Soliman Bay is private and very secure with guards and a gate. We loved how close it was to the ruins, Cenotes, Tulum, and more. We kayaked every day with the house kayaks and life jackets, loved the pool so much. It was all just so perfect. We will be coming back! Thank you!

Fantastic stay at comfortable home on the lovely Soliman Bay, Tulum

Second time staying in Solimon Bay. Great location about a 15 mins drive from downtown Tulum. Quiet area bay with quiet calm waters where you can easily swing out to small coral formations for decent snorkeling. This house was super comfortable with good AC, if needed. Not too fancy if you want to bring kids and not worry too much. But clean and well supplied and lovely. Bedrooms had great view of oceanfront. All had their own bottled water supply as well. Lots of public areas to lounge or dine. Cool dipping pool cuz ocean is warm! House caretakers Noe and Elizabeta were darling. Super helpful and sweet. Elizabeta cooked dinner for us 2 of the nights, with enough food leftovers for lunch and dinner the next night. A great deal! Ceviche, guacamole, shrimp skewers on the grill and empanadas were yummy. And the flan! There were kayaks and life jackets in spite for our use, and lounge chairs at poolside and under beachfront palapas. Also highly recommend the in-store massage. Massage women set up tables on the deck where the breeze passes through. Divine! Just ask Noe and he will set it up. Would definitely come back here again. There are more luxe places on this bay, but we liked the chill factor and not having to worry if we sat in the couch in our swimsuit. Owners did a great job with decor in that respect. And decent Wi-Fi reception too!

Dreamiest vacation home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since staying at this house I have sent the link to SO many people because I can’t stop raving about our trip. The house is clean and nice, the beds are comfortable. It’s such a great setup for a big family our group because it has a large dining table inside and out, and large sofas also inside and out. The pool and private beach make it so fun and easy for kids, with shady lounge spots near both of them for the parents to lounge. There are kayaks and (if you bring your own stuff - even goggles alone) there’s great snorkeling right outside your door too. The most unexpected perk of the house was the staff thought. There are housekeepers to help with dishes, cleaning, sand sweeping, etc to make it so you don’t have to worry or clean and can truly relax and enjoy your time. We had them cook dinner for us too and it was incredible. They are the sweetest couple and felt like family. It’s within a gated community so it is very safe feeling. Also, they have a concierge service who will help you with any activities you’re interested in (touring ruins, exploring Cenotes - a must!, etc.) They had great info and recommendations. We didn’t partake but they also offered to arrange in home spa services. And the house staff will do your laundry for a small fee if needed. It was. A dreamy spot and I can’t wait to go back!
