A clean and well maintained hotel, with helpful staff. It is however in a rather noisy location, and some guests might not feel completely at ease in the area surrounding the hotel.

Nice hotel very near the train station

Nice hotel very near the train station. I requested a courtyard room which was nice and quiet. AC in the rooms. Staff was very helpful making recommendations and a diner reservation. Simple but adequate breakfast. A great value for several nights.

OK hotel

Nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. This would be an all out 5 star rating except for the fact that the hotel does not have an elevator. Hauling luggage up and down the stairs made it messy. Also, there are ONLY 3 parking spaces.

Proche du centre-ville

Hôtel d'aspect recent proche du centre-ville dans le secteur de la gare. Les chambres offrent un espace suffisant pour la nuit. Malgré des chambres orientées sur l'axe principal, on n'est pas dérangé par le passage des véhicules. Attention néanmoins, il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs donc la montée des marches avec les valises peut être compliquée pour certains publics.

Rien à dire sur le personnel, super réceptionniste que ce soit du matin ou du soir vraiment des gens gentils serviable, mais beaucoup trop cher. Pour ce que c’est le Hotel est vraiment bio. Il est angoissant très sombre, décoration n’est pas du tout la même que dans les photos nous sommes Tombés sur une chambre vraiment vieille et le pire c’est la literie c’est une catastrophe les draps et surtout les oreillers sentaient le fauve, il y avait une bouilloire avec des mags mais pas de sachets de thé ou deux café du jamais vu pour le prix qu’on a payé. Point positif. L’hôtel est à deux pas de la gare de toutes les façons, c’était une visite exceptionnelle de Turin.

Not easy if you have a baby...

Very close to the center of Torino, huge room, very clean but unfortunately no baby cribs available and no lift, so if you have a baby it will be not easy... And the breakfast was kind of poor.
