This property was nice and clean. The staff were polite. The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. They lost one star because the milk and coffee creamer tasted like they were expired.

Not easy to get into and out of, but once you find the right road it’s fine, staff was so helpful, sweet and accommodating, it was clean and comfortable Complains:, fragrance in most areas was overwhelming to me, I have allergies , and there was no gluten or dairy free options for breakfast; this should be addressed, more and more people are having diet issues, eggs would have been fine but cheese was added so it couldn’t go on our plates, only option for me was a piece of sausage and a fruit cup, this is an easy fix

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and served with a smile. Coffee available all day. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Tuscaloosa

Great hotel; very slow service.

Hotel was nice. Check-in and check-out was very slow. Dont know if it was the computer system or user incompetence. No one seemed to be able to get through the system in a timely manner

This is one of the nicer La Quintas we’ve stayed in. The room was spacious with plenty of plugs and the shower was very nice! I’m glad we found this hotel.
