They are supposed to have 24 hour desk service. Our bathroom ceiling leaked on my friend, then the ceiling started falling down. I called; no answer. I tried to go to the desk, but doors were locked with a sign saying wait 10 minutes. More ceiling fell. It took a couple of hours before someone was there and able to let us switch rooms. The desk person that came in was very nice, but it was very stressful especially since this started after midnight. The advertised pool was not in service. The fitness center did not have working lights. Parking was great!

Staff was very friendly but the ac in our room wasn’t working properly, the bathtub wasn’t draining well and the sheets had yellow stains on them. The location is great if you are planning to visit Joshua Tree National Park but other than that, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Parking is safe. Desert is trying to take over the back end of the parking lot but am sure with the winds here that is a constant battle.

Excellent staff, great breakfast, quiet. Much better once we checked in, outside of hotel a work in progress but very happy with room, breakfast, staff help, convenient location.

Our hotel room was dirty and had an awful smell to it. We had a ozone machine in the room that made alot of noise to sleep in. While looking for outlets to plug in our devices, we moved a chair in the room, which we found a pile of dirty linens and blankets. The pool was green and had an awful smell to it. The whole pool area had caution tape around it. Overall I will never stay at this Sure stay.

The staff was great. Cons: no elevators, sink drains slowly, no USB ports in our room..pool was green. Door to room had a large gap at bottom. No easy access to our room..steep stairs..there was a ramp but it was far from the rooms door.

We absolutely love our stays here. We always return because it's always clean, never had any issues. Our microwave didn't work and we got upgraded to a bigger room without any issues or hassles. Everyone of the staff members are great, friendly, and super helpful.

Staff is absolutely amazing. I had stayed here couple of different time and never had any issues. Check in took me all of two minutes. Check out even less. Anything we needed the staff had no problem helping with. Will definitely be staying here again and ONLY here if they aren’t booked completely.

Our room was a mess. Trash under the bad, dirty socks, cockroaches. Spa had a chair inside and was closed off. Breakfast quality was horrible. One of our rooms didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner.

Did run into questionable people while at the pool who conveniently forgot their key to get in which was uneasy since I was traveling with my child but otherwise stay was great. Front desk was very nice and helpful every time I went in. Breakfast was great everyday and not crowded. Beds were comfortable, slept great. No complaints. Very close to grocery store if you need snacks. Recommend if in the area.
